Acquisition Sales Specialist

**Role Summary:**
This Acquisition Sales Specialist position plays a crucial role in driving business growth by acquiring new high net worth clients and deepening existing relationships.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and collaborating with internal partners to achieve mutual goals.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and Execute Business Strategies: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, and collaborate with internal partners to achieve mutual goals.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with high net worth clients, providing them with tailored solutions to meet their financial needs.
- Business Development: Develop and execute business plans to drive revenue growth, identify cross-sell opportunities, and increase share of wallet for the bank.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of excellent acquisition sales or business development experience in the high net worth space.
- Qualifications: Tertiary Education, preferably Bachelor's degree.
- Skills: Strong new relationship building skills, sharp business development focus, innovative approaches, ability to anticipate client requests/needs, effective communication and interpersonal skills, polished and mature to handle the affluent market segment.
