About the Role

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Analytics department as a Digital Transformation Analyst. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and innovation through data-driven insights and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a key analytics partner to business stakeholders, conducting discussion sessions to understand and evaluate business problems.
  • Perform in-depth investigations via hypothesis creation, deep dive analysis, and AI/ML model development to uncover new insights and solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with Data Scientists from the Data Science Lab to provide business insight and direction during the AI/ML model development stage.
  • Translate AI/ML findings into business language and build a storyboard to present recommendations and action plans.
  • Validate analysis and/or AI/ML model findings by piloting journeys to a selected test group of customers.
  • Review and evaluate campaign requests and performance to provide structure to campaigns and improve resource and time management.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in working with large datasets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience with AI/ML tools and technologies, including data visualization and statistical modeling.
