Client Acquisition Manager

We're a forward-thinking company dedicated to revolutionizing the way businesses approach HR management. As a Business Development Executive, you'll play a crucial role in driving growth and increasing revenue through the sale of our HR-related solutions.
About Our SolutionsOur comprehensive suite of HR services includes HRMS, recruitment, and consulting. We work closely with clients to understand their organization structure and business goals, providing tailored people strategies to enhance company performance.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls and generate leads to build a sales pipeline.
- Pitch and present our HR-related solutions to clients, highlighting the benefits and value proposition.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets as assigned by your manager.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare client reports.
- Assist clients in implementing our solutions and resolving any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: SPM; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is a plus.
- Strong communication, networking, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel as required.
