This role involves facilitating the implementation of the National e-Invoicing Initiative by engaging with key stakeholders, providing onboarding support, and developing sector-specific adoption strategies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-Invoicing, digital trade, and digitalization trends, as well as experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, and business development.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding & Adoption Support:
- Engage and onboard businesses onto the Peppol e-Invoicing network.
- Provide guidance and support to companies throughout the accreditation and adoption process.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and consultations to help businesses understand the benefits and implementation of e-Invoicing.
- Coordinate with Peppol Service Providers (SPs) and Peppol-Ready Solution Providers (PRSPs) to streamline the onboarding experience.
- Sector-Specific Digitalization Initiatives:
- Identify key industry sectors where e-Invoicing can have the greatest impact and develop targeted adoption strategies.
- Support the execution of digitalization initiatives beyond e-Invoicing, including sector-specific transformation projects.
- Assist in designing policies, frameworks, and incentives to encourage widespread adoption.
- Track the progress of e-Invoicing adoption and provide regular reports on key metrics and success stories.
- Gather feedback from businesses and industry players to refine and improve onboarding processes.
