Job Description

We are looking for an experienced RPA Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement process automation solutions using UiPath and other technologies.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify areas for automation and develop strategic plans.
  • Lead process optimization and simplification initiatives to enhance efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain KPIs to measure and evaluate benefits of robotized processes.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive automation initiatives.

The Ideal Candidate:
  • Have experience in managing and leading Automation Office and Automation Tools activities.
  • Be proficient in automation tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, and Power Automate.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Have experience in project management, including project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Systems or Business related degree majoring in computing systems.
  • Proactive problem solver with good planning and organizing abilities.
  • Attention to detail and quality consciousness.
  • Committed team player with can-do, result-oriented attitude.
  • Advanced written, verbal analytical and communication skills required (English).
