- Collaborate with global and regional finance teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive change.
- Apply your expertise in Lean Six Sigma and process automation to optimize our processes and improve productivity.
- Develop and Execute Strategy: Develop and execute a strategy to drive continuous improvement across our organization.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive change.
- Analyze and Improve Processes: Continuously review and analyze global finance processes to identify opportunities for improvement and prioritize initiatives accordingly.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Lean Six Sigma Green Certified or Black Belt certified / practitioner
- At least 5 years' experience and track record in continuous improvement
- Experience / strength in stakeholder management – engaging with multifunctional stakeholders at all levels.
