Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Order-to-Cash (O2C) team at Businesslist. As the Head of O2C, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire O2C process, from cash application to accounts receivable management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the cash application process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer payments.
  2. Manage the accounts receivable team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective AR management.
  3. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance O2C efficiency and reduce DSOs.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of O2C processes with other business functions.
  5. Monitor and analyze O2C metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  6. Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 7 years of experience in AR and cash application, with managerial experience preferred.
  2. Strong knowledge of SAP and SSC background is advantageous.
  3. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  4. Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business, or equivalent.
