Job Summary

The Administrative Coordinator will provide high-level administrative support and relationship management to the CEO of ACE EdVenture Group. This role involves working directly with the CEO, liaising with senior management teams, and fostering healthy relationships with business partners.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the CEO to support all aspects of her daily work routine.
  • Liaise with senior management teams, board members, and other higher-ups on behalf of the CEO.
  • Foster and build healthy relationships with business partners under assigned portfolio.
  • Communicate with leaders (internal & external) to evaluate initiatives and proposals to see how they align with the organization's established priorities.
Requirements and Skills
  • Possesses a flexible approach to work with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – needed for communicating with a range of people, both internally and externally.
  • Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Upholding professional discretion and confidentiality.
