Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Training Executive to join our team at GoGoVan. In this role, you will be responsible for providing training and improvement programs to our Customer Service Representatives (CSRs). You will work closely with our Senior Trainer and Customer Service Manager to achieve customer service excellence and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training solutions that meet the needs of our CSRs.
  • Conduct audits and assist in quality assurance to ensure that our training programs are effective.
  • Liaise with our Senior Trainer to develop and deliver training content.
  • Prepare periodic reports and presentations on management purposes.

Requirements:

  • A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 1 year of training experience or relevant educational background, preferably with experience in the HK market.
  • Experience in developing and implementing learning & development programs is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and coaching skills.
  • High level of patience and observation skill to view matters in a holistic manner.
  • Nearly native level of Cantonese and Mandarin is required.
