Transfer Pricing Compliance and Advisory Assignments:

You will be responsible for:

  • Drafting proposals and completing client acceptance forms.
  • Preparing kick-off meeting slides and interview questionnaires for Functions, Assets & Risk (FAR) Analysis.
  • Participating in interviews, documenting verbal information from interviewees.
  • Conducting comparable searches and assisting with the purchase of financial statements for transfer pricing assignments.
  • Drafting and reviewing transfer pricing documentation and benchmarking reports, and performing necessary research.
  • Drafting transfer pricing advice and conducting relevant research.
  • Managing deadlines set internally and by clients, and discussing any issues with the engagement team.
  • Addressing and clearing review points raised by managing consultants/directors and documenting important information.
  • Ensuring that deliverables sent to clients for review are complete and organized.

Training and Development:

You will be expected to:

  • Attend all training sessions and come prepared.
  • Review training materials thoroughly and enhance your knowledge on the subject.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or a professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CIA, or an equivalent credential.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of transfer pricing provisions in the Income Tax Act 1967, Income Tax (Transfer Pricing) Rules 2023, Malaysian TP Guidelines, OECD TP Guidelines, Global TP developments, and Clarifications by the IRB and TP-related issues.
