  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements for claims solutions.
  • Design and develop functional specifications that meet business needs and enhance user experience.
  • Work with IT and development teams to implement new systems and enhancements, ensuring they align with business objectives.
  • Conduct UAT and support training initiatives to ensure successful system rollouts.
  • Monitor system performance and gather feedback to continuously refine claims solutions.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management to highlight findings and recommendations.
  • Support compliance and regulatory initiatives related to claims processing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of claims processing and insurance operations.
  • Proficiency in process modeling and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with project management methodologies is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
