We're seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to lead our Order to Cash (OTC) function in APAC. As a key member of our finance team, you'll be responsible for overseeing end-to-end OTC activities, including Billing, Credit Control, Cash Application, and Customer Experience.
Your expertise in ERP accounting and related systems will be invaluable in driving performance and efficiency of the OTC function through SLAs, KPIs, and successful management of project and finance initiatives within set timeframes and budgets.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the transition and transformation of OTC processes into KLGOC, including planning, training, SOP documentation, and issue resolution.
- Develop, lead, and appraise the OTC team, ensuring all hiring, performance, and development initiatives are met.
