Sales Development Manager - APAC & US

Are you a sales expert looking to lead a team of sales development representatives across the APAC & US region? Findicia is seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to join our mission-driven company that is shaping the future of the F&B industry.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of sales development representatives to achieve high-quality lead sourcing and outreach across APAC & the US.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve market penetration and merchant outreach coverage.
  • Lead the team by setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and providing guidance on best practices for outreach and cold calling.
  • Actively contribute by demonstrating sales techniques, creating personalized outreach templates, and optimizing workflows for better lead conversion.
  • Manage and maintain a large pipeline of leads, focusing on achieving both efficiency and effectiveness in lead generation.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of relevant sales experience, preferably in a SaaS environment, with a proven track record of managing sales teams or achieving high individual quotas.
  • Ability to build and nurture strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Demonstrated experience in outbound sales, including cold calling and personalized outreach.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently, as well as managing a remote team.
