  • Translate business needs & requirements into functional documentation to drive project success.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders (e.g., SAP functional consultants, process owners, business analysts, solution architects) to implement an end-to-end E-Commerce System in a greenfield project.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure seamless implementation.
  • Evaluate and integrate ERP / OMS / WMS systems with the implemented e-commerce system for optimal performance.
  • Automate other E-Commerce functions (marketing, content, operations) for efficiency.

About the Manager/Team

You will work as an individual contributor, collaborating with functional, technical consultants, business analysts, and project managers on end-to-end greenfield implementation and day-to-day support of the E-Commerce System. Vendor support is also available during the implementation project.

About Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in E-commerce implementation projects or related roles is preferable but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with integrating E-commerce systems with various tools, including ERP / OMS / WMS / Stock Management System / Product Information Management / Marketplace Integrator / Payment Gateway / CRM / CMS / 3PL, is essential.
  • Proficiency in integration tools such as APIs / ETL / microservices is necessary.
  • Experience in the Manufacturing / Retail / Consumer Products industry is beneficial but not required.

About the Salary & Benefits
