Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market expansion.
  • Lead a high-performing sales team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Drive sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and contract closures.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with marketing initiatives and product roadmap.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in a senior sales leadership role, preferably within the SaaS industry.
  • Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Strong understanding of the Edutech industry and its challenges.
