ResponsibilitiesManage and gain insights of merchants' performance, identify gaps or opportunities, optimise their Oddle Shop to grow their sales in their first 90 days. Engage and consult merchants periodically to conduct performance/business reviews to provide insights and recommendations to grow their revenue.
Maintain a robust knowledge of the F&B industry, keeping up-to-date with internal product offerings and competitors' activities. Develop and implement effective engagement strategies to drive revenue growth and reduce churn.
RequirementsWe are seeking someone with 3-4 years experience in account management or other client relationship management roles, preferably within the Tech/eCommerce industry and in a fast-paced setting. Demonstrate a solid grasp of the F&B landscape and technology in Malaysia, exposure to F&B industry is a plus.
- Possess a robust business acumen, capable of serving as a valued business partner to clients and driving their growth through Oddle's solutions.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- Display strong analytical thinking skills, enabling the analysis of business insights and identification of growth opportunities.
