Key Responsibilities

The Sales Executive will be responsible for coordinating and executing point of sales activities in the Southern Region, specifically in Johor, to achieve sales targets.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Coordinate distributor teams to ensure effective sales execution and target achievement.
  • Identify and pursue incremental opportunities to increase sales through new distribution channels, shelf space, and 2nd placement activities.
  • Conduct market intelligence in assigned outlets, collecting sales data, JDE, and competitor activities.

Portfolio Management:

  • Ensure portfolio distribution in assigned stores aligns with the Master Stock List.
  • Coordinate new product launches with distributor teams to achieve target distribution.

Shelf Management:

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with planograms guidelines, detecting and managing opportunities.

2nd Placements:

  • Monitor and ensure 2nd placements are executed according to plan.
  • Ensure correct implementation of products on 2nd displays based on planograms and guidelines.

Pricing and Promotions:

Ensure compliance with centrally agreed pricing and promotional plans.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in FMCG.
  • Experience in General Trade.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Good knowledge of English; additional local dialect will be an added advantage.
  • Added advantage if you have good knowledge of outlets in Johor Region.
