Job Title: Sales Administration Officer

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Sales Administration Officer to support our growing sales team in Johor Bahru, Malaysia.



Main Responsibilities:



  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including order processing, invoice generation, and sales record maintenance.
  • Coordinate with customers to handle inquiries, bookings, and follow-up on pending orders.
  • Ensure accurate preparation and filing of necessary documentation for each sale.
  • Collaborate with operations and logistics teams for timely product and service delivery.
  • Provide customer service and support for post-sales activities.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of company services to assist the sales team with client interactions.


Requirements:



  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales administration, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
