Sales Administration Officer

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Sales Administration Officer to support our growing sales team in Johor Bahru, Malaysia.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including order processing, invoice generation, and sales record maintenance.
- Coordinate with customers to handle inquiries, bookings, and follow-up on pending orders.
- Ensure accurate preparation and filing of necessary documentation for each sale.
- Collaborate with operations and logistics teams for timely product and service delivery.
- Provide customer service and support for post-sales activities.
- Maintain a strong understanding of company services to assist the sales team with client interactions.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales administration, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
