At Awantec, we are seeking an experienced ERP professional to lead our Sage X3 practice. As Senior Manager, ERP Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth by overseeing the entire ERP implementation process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • We oversee the full Sage X3 ERP implementation lifecycle, from pre-sales to delivery, across various modules and product suites.
  • Our consulting services include project leadership, software design, implementation, testing, training, and deployment, adhering to Sage's methodology.
  • We ensure optimal client setup and training, maximizing consulting revenue and achieving high customer satisfaction.
  • Project management involves managing project lifecycle activities, including problem identification, cost monitoring, and schedule adherence.
  • Sales and business development involve participating in sales presentations and identifying further product and service opportunities.
  • Team leadership includes recruiting, mentoring, and managing a team of consultants, fostering a collaborative and data-driven team culture.
  • We handle client projects independently from start to finish while also collaborating within team environments.
  • Achieving defined utilization and revenue goals is essential.
  • We contribute to the improvement of Sage's products and services.

Qualification:

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is required.
  • 7+ years of experience in a presales, business solution, or similar role within the ERP domain is necessary.
  • Proven experience leading pre-sales or delivery teams is crucial.
  • Hands-on experience with Sage X3 implementations across various industries, including integrations and report generation, is essential.
  • The ability to follow detailed work plans and manage project activities within scope is vital.
  • Experience providing support to end-users of the Sage X3 system is necessary.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including advanced skills like creating data transformation workbooks and macros, is required.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in Sage X3 consulting is necessary.
  • Relevant diploma/degree in accounting or finance is preferred.
  • Sage X3 certification is required.
  • Strong report writing and MS Excel skills are necessary.
  • Experience with Sage Intelligence Reporting and SQL is beneficial.
  • A good understanding of accounting principles, internal controls, and business processes is essential.
