At Experian Asia Pacific, we are seeking a talented Empowerment Lead to join our team. As an Empowerment Lead, you will be responsible for driving process optimization and improvement initiatives across the organization.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in process improvement, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and implementing lean six sigma methodologies. They will also possess excellent communication and project management skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Support global improvement strategies to optimize processes and drive standardization across the organization.
  • Lead and manage key improvement projects within the region, utilizing DMAIC and other relevant methodologies.
  • Ensure projects are executed with a data-driven approach, delivering measurable results and business impact.

The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive knowledge of process improvement principles, including lean, six sigma, and design thinking. They will also be able to leverage technology to enhance business performance and make data-driven decisions.
