As an Inventory Management Assistant, you will play a critical role in maintaining our inventory levels, ensuring accurate records, and optimizing our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory levels, orders, and shipments.
  2. Conduct regular stock counts, identifying discrepancies and taking corrective action.
  3. Collaborate with the purchasing team to negotiate prices, arrange deliveries, and ensure timely receipt of goods.
  4. Assist in processing orders, handling returns, and coordinating with suppliers to resolve any issues.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and software.
