Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Strategist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of our construction projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Main Responsibilities
  • Oversee project costs and ensure financial alignment with project milestones.
  • Prepare and present detailed financial reports on project performance, including cost analysis, profitability, and cash flow.
  • Manage project budgets and forecasts, and identify areas for process improvements.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate financial planning and resource allocation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of construction accounting principles, project cost management, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Salary and Benefits
