As a sales executive in the plastic resin and metal field, your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement sales strategies that meet our business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting sales and service negotiations with clients and suppliers to meet sales volume and gross profit targets.
  • Solving customer complaints effectively and submitting regular and timely sales reports.
  • Developing new customers and building strong relationships with existing and new suppliers.
  • Providing product knowledge and performing cost-benefit analysis to support sales efforts.
  • Fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.

Requirements:

  1. 3-5 years of working experience in the plastic resin and metal materials field or related industry.
  2. Demonstrated sales record and ability to acquire new customers, recommend solutions, and execute sales.
  3. Product knowledge of industrial materials, preferably in the plastic resin and metal materials field.
  4. Proven knowledge and execution power to bring successful development strategies.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Fluency in English and Mandarin required; Japanese language skills an advantage.
  7. Ability to travel, including overseas travel.
