Singapore Airlines is seeking a seasoned professional to join its Talent Acquisition & Staffing team as a Talent Acquisition Strategist.
Job Overview:
The role requires the development and implementation of innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top talents for the organization. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing end-to-end recruitment plans to meet business needs.
- Pipeline development and management to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
- Process improvement to enhance candidate experience and reduce time-to-hire metrics.
- Collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field, with over 5 years of experience in talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful recruitment strategies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems, social media, and job boards.
- Experience in hiring in international markets is an advantage.
