About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Inbound Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales growth by identifying and matching customer needs with our IT hardware products.

You will be responsible for selling our products through inbound channels such as calls, chats, and emails, while also following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will enable you to effectively communicate product solutions, upsell, and cross-sell to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and identify customer needs and match against our IT hardware products.
  • Sell our products via inbound channels and follow-up with customers.
  • Able to write and explain recommended product solutions, upsell, and cross-sell in a tele, chat, and email environment.
  • Communicate professionally with customers regarding current promotions and product upgrades and new product launches.

Requirements:

  1. Desire to meet and exceed sales performance goals.
  2. Able to work onsite in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
  3. Able to work on shift working hours.
  4. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
  5. Able to type at least 35 WPM with proper spelling and grammar.
  6. Detail oriented with focus on quality and accuracy, ability to multitask, strong sense of urgency, and commitment to excellence.
  7. Strong verbal and written skills in English with commercial sense, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
