About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager with HR focus to join our team at Shu You Industrial Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing office operations, including administrative tasks, facilities management, and vendor relationships, while also handling HR-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage office operations to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
  • Coordinate office renovations, maintenance, and sourcing of office supplies, equipment, and services.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
  • Maintain office facilities, including cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
  • Organize company events, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff and management.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in HR and administration, with a strong understanding of the full spectrum of HR functions.
