Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to establish Pusat Pasaran Yaoman's online presence and brand identity from the ground up.
  • Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms, starting with TikTok, to connect with targeted audiences effectively.
  • Design and execute impactful online campaigns to build visibility and drive consistent sales growth.

Content Creation & Design:

  • Create visually appealing designs for banners, logos, sales cards, and promotional materials, both online and in-store.
  • Assist with store decoration for promotional and marketing campaigns.

SEO & PPC Strategies:

  • Implement Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) techniques to improve website visibility and traffic when required.
  • Manage Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns to drive targeted traffic and boost online sales.

Customer Engagement & Delivery Management:

  • Engage with online customers by promptly addressing inquiries and feedback.
