Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at Agensi Pekerjaan Minde Group Sdn Bhd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing existing customer relationships, as well as acquiring new business opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement customer strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Evaluate and coordinate new and change requests from customers, including feasibility assessments.
  • Negotiate and finalize proposals and customer contracts.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key customers to ensure loyalty and retention.
Requirements
  • Techincal education in Engineering, plastic injection molding with further qualifications or a completed degree an advantage.
  • Additional training in business administration.
  • Experience in plastic injection molding and tooling fabrication.
  • Sales experience in automotive, electronics, medical, and consumer industries.
  • Proven sales success and several years of experience in global Key Account Management (KAM).
  • Knowledge of quality requirements and procedures in related industries for plastic molding.
