About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our Corporate Applications team. As a Salesforce Developer, you will have the opportunity to work on a highly automated Salesforce Platform with numerous integrations and opportunities to learn new technologies. You will work with other stakeholders, technical team members, and business analyst stakeholders to understand system requirements and design and develop solutions to meet the needs of a fast-paced growing company.

Your Responsibilities:

  • You will have hands-on experience designing and developing custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies.
  • You will use good judgement on the tradeoffs with technology and feasibility and make choices that best fit the constraints of the project.
  • You will partner with cross-functional business teams to understand and analyze business objectives, gather and define business requirements.
  • You will integrate Salesforce with external systems and APIs using middleware solutions.
  • You will create and manage custom fields, objects, layouts, list views, triggers, user permissions, profiles, approval processes, and workflows.
  • You will manage Data Migration, ensure data integrity; including but not limited to deduplication and cleanup.
  • You will facilitate and support testing of new features in alignment with requirements.
  • You will provide technical support and training to end-users and other developers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
  • 4+ years of Salesforce Experience preferably in a lightning environment.
  • Experience with SF automation tools like flows, process builder, and workflow rules.
  • Strong expertise in Apex ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices, high-quality standards, and optimal performance.
  • Familiarity with version control tools.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools.
  • Ability and interest to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce security model including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, permission set groups.
  • Managed Package/Integration Experience include: Outreach, Conga, Kimble, Tableau CRM, E2CP, LeanData, ZoomInfo, NetSuite, Celigo.
  • Team player who has strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
