">We are seeking an experienced Client Services Manager to join our team. As the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, you will focus on building long-term relationships with key stakeholders and executives. Your role will involve managing contract renewals, cross-selling and upselling due diligence products and services, and driving revenue growth in existing and new accounts.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, focusing on exceptional service delivery and timely communication">
- Manage contract renewals and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling due diligence products and services">
- Drive revenue growth in existing and new accounts through strategic sales efforts">
- Liaise between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of our solutions">
- Monitor client satisfaction and deliver exceptional service to ensure retention and growth">
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to onboard and integrate new clients and develop existing client relationships">

Requirements
">- University degree in business or related field, preferably with 3-5 years' experience in a client-facing role">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders">
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer service">
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills">
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software">
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, with knowledge of additional languages an advantage">
