This position is for a Risk and Controls Manager in the Construction Facilities Supply Chain (CFSC) group within Intel's Global Supply Chain (GSC). The Risk and Controls Manager will be responsible for driving, but not limited to the following:

- Key programs to keep CFSC to GSC and Intel corporate standards, driving risk assessments with our supply base to test whether Intel objectives are on track;
- Business continuity planning to proactively assess CFSC business continuity practices;Annual internal risk assessments to proactively understand the risks facing the organization and recommending mitigation actions to senior management;
- Project Predictability Reviews (PPR's) to assess Intel's ability to meet our IDM 2.0 goals; and Ad Hoc opportunities that arise to enhance the risk and controls programs.
- The R and C Mgr. will closely partner with the Fab Construction Enterprise (FCE) project leads and the external third parties as needed to enable exceptional supply chain support of site construction projects.
- They will lead resolution of risk and controls issues or delays, which includes independent ownership of escalations with internal and external stakeholders. They must effectively collaborate with peers in similar roles to share the Best Known Methods (BKMs) to drive improvement and efficiency through the construction supply chain.
Excellent communication skills demonstrated through written and oral presentations for Staff +1 and +2;A proven history of strong program management and disciplined collaboration to deliver measurable results.
- Flexibility to engage new emerging areas of priority as other focus areas stabilize.
- Tolerance for ambiguity in a highly fluid work environment with a willingness to embrace change and take ownership.
**Qualifications**

Minimum Qualifications:

Master's Degree in the above fields with 4 plus years of operational experience in the above mentioned areas.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior R and C Audit experience is a plus.
- Prior Finance, Materials and Equipment, Tool Install or Install Qualification, Supplier Management or Facilities Services operational experience is a significant plus.
