You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive business continuity plans that meet our organization's Recovery Time Objectives (RTO) and Recovery Point Objectives (RPO).

You will lead the development and execution of disaster recovery exercises, manage relationships with key stakeholders, and provide clear communication and collaboration within our service management framework. Additionally, you will assess and review system readiness and capacity to ensure that recovery efforts can be executed effectively when needed.

We are looking for a results-driven professional who can improve disaster recovery procedures, manage risks associated with both project and operational processes, and stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes impacting business continuity practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Implement Business Continuity Plans: Create comprehensive business continuity plans that meet our organization's RTO and RPO.
  2. Lead Disaster Recovery Exercises: Develop and execute disaster recovery exercises to test our business continuity plans.
  3. Manage Relationships and Communication: Manage relationships with key stakeholders, provide clear communication, and facilitate seamless collaboration within our service management framework.
  4. Assess System Readiness and Capacity: Review and assess system readiness and capacity to ensure effective recovery efforts.
  5. Risk Management and Industry Knowledge: Identify, mitigate, and manage risks associated with project and operational processes, and stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes.
