We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Cloud Sales and Business Development efforts. As the Head of Cloud Sales and Business Development, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue within our Enterprise Business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategy to identify, drive, and close opportunities for Cloud Products and Services.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to develop and execute client office Enterprise Cloud strategies.
  • Accountable for driving Collaboration P&L, driving growth through new product development, and ensuring existing product performance.
  • Demonstrate a complete approach to Cloud Sales business operations, including forecasting, pipeline management, and opportunity qualification.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, manage escalations, and orchestrate sales and delivery success through cross-department coordination and project management.
  • Create, update, and present marketing collateral, including data sheets, white papers, competitive analysis, and case studies.
  • Communicate feedback on requirements and features to Product Marketing and Development teams.
  • Prospect and seek new client and partner acquisitions, recommend and strategize sales options.
  • Build and maintain customer and partner relationships, driving the full sales process.
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Achieve monthly sales and business goals, including pipeline generation.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge through educational workshops, professional publications, and personal networks.
Requirements
  • Degree or equivalent with specialization in Engineering, Business, or Marketing.
  • Relevant 5-10 years and above of experience in Cloud Services.
  • Significant experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
  • Technical acumen in Cloud Product and Services.
  • Highly developed applied thinking and sound judgment.
  • Capacity to engage, influence stakeholders, and drive virtual cross-functional teams.
  • Capacity to define strategic direction and drive delivery.
