  1. Credit Acquisition: Originate deals, wallet sizing, and cross-selling on existing portfolio to exceed client expectations and overall growth.
  2. Account Profitability: Maximize earnings potential and revenue of relationships by reviewing and monitoring revenue performance.
  3. Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain high-value client relationships, ultimate ownership of customer relationship, and internal coordination/liaison with service delivery centers/HQ departments.
  4. Service Management: Ensure promptness and quality of credit processing, present annual review papers to Group Management Credit Committee, and monitor overdue accounts.
  5. Staff Development: Mentor and coach Assistant Relationship Managers (ARMs), identify training needs, and recommend ARMs for development training.
  6. Compliance: Comply with regulatory and Bank's internal policies and procedures, accurately assess risk profile, suitability, and appropriateness of clients, and manage application of AML/CFT internal programs and procedures.
