We are seeking a highly skilled Material Planning Analyst to join our extraordinary team. This role will be based in a dynamic environment, working closely with our production departments to maintain materials and purchasing data, coordinate contracts, and ensure compliance with supplier certifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date materials and purchasing data, ensuring seamless supply chain operations.
  • Coordinate contracts and maintain Certificates of Conformance for all suppliers, guaranteeing quality and compliance.
  • Assist in auditing data for accuracy and preparing summary reports, spreadsheets, and charts based on research.
  • Collect, compile, and present various types of data to support business decisions.
  • Prepare summary reports, spreadsheets, and charts based on research of data from multiple sources.
  • Audit data, resolve data integrity issues, and proactively identify potential issues related to metrics.
  • Track materials financial performance and initiate corrective actions when required.
  • Review RMA transactions daily and create weekly purchase orders, including client parts.
  • Update content lists and item masters, and prepare DPT packing lists for LCAD repairing.
  • Manage client material supply and bulk RMA services.
  • Develop commodity spend profiles and breakdowns, guide time profiling, inventory positioning, and site execution to price.
  • Establish common pricing research tools and provide detailed bill of materials research by site.
  • Perform general reporting and activities for scorecarding of suppliers and validate site pricing through implementation of a common cost review and pricing process.
  • Assist in supply chain transfer and risk management for NPI and provide PPV targeting, tracking, and asset velocity.
  • Design, manage, and control all data research tools.
Requirements
  • Possesses a degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required.
  • A background in electronics manufacturing is desired.
