The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human capital advisory and a passion for developing cutting-edge technical knowledge and skills. You will have immediate exposure to real client assignments across strategic human capital advisory projects enabled by digital solutions, analytics, and data science.

We are looking for someone who is ambitious, highly motivated, and has a track record of outstanding academic performance and co-curricular activities. Strong project management skills and excellent time management abilities are essential for this role.

In addition, the successful candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and have experience with leading data analysis & reporting software such as Qlik, Tableau, SAS, or Power BI.
