You will be responsible for ensuring all customer contact is handled politely and efficiently, and accurately meets the needs of our valued clients.

In addition, you will inspect the front and back areas to ensure they are always immaculate and perform any other reasonable duties as required by Management.

To succeed in this role, you will need prior experience in customer service and hospitality, proficiency in written and spoken English, and an outgoing personality with strong communication skills and a great team player attitude.
