Office Operations Manager

NXP Semiconductors is seeking an experienced Office Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing databases, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, and reordering supplies.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a leading company in the semiconductor industry. As an Office Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage phone calls and correspondence in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, including checking participant availability and booking rooms
- Reorder office supplies and manage vendor relationships
- Assist with expense claims and maintain an organized filing system
- Provide excellent customer service and support to team members and visitors
Requirements:
- Associate's degree or higher in a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office Suite and online research tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
