About the RoleThe Duty Manager is responsible for assisting the Front Office Manager/Assistant Front Office Manager in managing the day-to-day operation of the Front Desk at Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur.
Main Responsibilities- Assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards.
- Maintain associate, guest, and owner expectations while ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Minimum 2 years' work experience as Duty Manager or Team Leader in Front Office/Guest Relations in a hotel.
- Excellent communication and customer relations skills are essential.
- Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open to Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Malaysia.
