Your Role:

We're looking for a motivated Duty Manager to join our Front Office team at Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to driving business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Front Office Manager/Assistant Front Office Manager in overseeing daily operations and achieving business goals.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years' work experience as Duty Manager or Team Leader in Front Office/Guest Relations in a hotel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
