Job Overview:

This position plays a critical role in the Customer Implementation Services (CIS) Team, performing end-to-end implementation and testing for Mastercard products and services to ensure successful integration with financial institutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the central point of contact for customers and/or Mastercard representatives throughout processing implementation project execution.
  • Support testing for Mastercard customers across various products and services.
  • Advise customers' processing support staff on processing implementation best practices.
  • Lead projects to execute necessary processing implementation activities.
  • Manage multiple key customer processing implementation projects in parallel.
  • Develop, maintain and document standard and non-standard key customer processing implementation processes.
  • Train CIS organization, other Mastercard organizations and the customer.

About The Ideal Candidate:

  1. You should have intermediate experience in IT system knowledge with network technology, applications and project management understanding.
  2. You must have excellent payment transaction processing and industry business principles knowledge.
  3. Mandarin speaking proficiency is required for this role.
  4. You will need to interact well with internal and external stakeholders of all levels.
  5. You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills for a teaching environment.
  6. You will drive change in a technical work environment.
  7. You will multi-task covering multiple projects.
  8. Experience in mobile payment background or API authentication/authorization is beneficial.
  9. You should have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Exact Sciences, Business or equivalent.
