About the Job:

We're seeking a highly skilled Business Development Team Lead to drive our business forward. This role involves leading a team of business development experts, developing strategies, cultivating client relationships, and pursuing new market opportunities.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading the team to achieve business objectives.
  • Developing and executing business development strategies.
  • Cultivating strong client relationships through effective communication.
  • Pursuing new market opportunities through market research and analysis.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams for aligned business objectives.
  • Tracking and reporting KPIs to inform senior management decisions.
  • Negotiating high-level deals to secure new business agreements.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Fluency in Mandarin required for interacting with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Advantageous: experience with HRMS software and independent work capability.
  • Strong networking skills for maintaining client relationships.
  • Willingness to travel and use personal transportation for meetings.
