  • Identify potential business banking clients for commercial mortgage / property backed financing through partnerships such as agents, brokers, developers, and lawyers.
  • Achieve sales targets through new business acquisition by promoting commercial mortgages products.
  • Responsible for achieving overall business objectives with customers or channels.
  • Build strong and lasting relationships with customers to drive sales.
  • Understand market and customer dynamics to develop and execute business strategies and plans.
  • Collaborate with customers to implement business strategies and plans. Regularly review progress with customers.
  • Work closely with internal teams such as sales, administration, finance, and operations to ensure timely product delivery.
  • Develop and execute action plans to meet sales targets for assigned businesses.
  • Prepare proposals for commercial terms according to company policies.
  • Monitor and report on competitor activities and products.
  • Enhance sales processes, sales plans, customer satisfaction, etc., through continuous improvement.
