We're seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Delivery Enablement Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Value Creation:
  • Provide ongoing support to Projects/ Programmes/ Value Streams/ Markets/ Regions by delivering Project Management Officer (PMO) services, ensuring Group central tools are set up according to Group standards and methodologies.
  • Monitor project progress to ensure compliance with Group standards/policies and report accordingly.
  • Update quality procedures, manage internal ad-hoc quality audits, report quality variance, and support implementation of corrective actions.
  • Understand change requests and their impact on stakeholders, supporting Programme/ Project in tracking Change Requests.
  • Extract reports on existing risks and issues from Group central tool, update existing risks and issues status, and capture new risks and issues.
  • Demonstrate basic knowledge of HSBC Programme/ Project Management Frameworks.
  • Demonstrate good knowledge of Group central tools.
  • Understand defined Programme/Project's scope.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, conveying information accurately and concisely.
  • Proactively manage own time and workload, advocating the importance of project pace for successful delivery.
Operational Performance:
  • Support Project Management Officer (PMO) Manager with Programme/Project mobilization, including activities such as onboarding resources and setting up Clarity plans.
  • Demonstrate good knowledge of Group central tools, including Clarity, Jira, Confluence, and Sharepoint.
  • Ensure accuracy and quality of deliverables, including Clarity, Jira, Confluence, and Sharepoint.
  • Understand Programme/Project Management Frameworks and organisational structure, including stakeholders' roles and names.
