Job Title: Advertising Sales Manager

ASTRO Holdings Berhad is seeking an experienced Advertising Sales Manager to lead its sales team.

About the Role:

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth from assigned clients or agencies through proactive hunting and relationship building.
  • Develop an understanding of each client's business landscape to provide solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to propose and pitch integrated advertising solutions across television, radio, digital, social media, and influencer marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and fostering relationships with direct clients and media agencies.
  • Campaign management and execution across Astro's ecosystem of TV, radio, digital, and on-ground activation.
  • Collaboration with various internal stakeholders to ensure seamless and exceptional client experience.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma holders in Business/Advertising/Commerce/Communications or relevant field.
  • At least 6 years working experience in media and advertising industry.
  • Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and/or other languages is an added advantage.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
