At Faiza Marketing Sdn Bhd, we are seeking an experienced and skilled Financial Expert to join our team.

Job Description

The Senior Financial Leader will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies to support the company's business goals. This includes preparing short-term and long-term financial forecasts, including annual budgets and financial planning.

  • Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure smooth operations of the company.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

The Director of Finance Operations will also provide accurate and timely financial reports to senior management to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Planning and Management:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's business goals.
  • Prepare short-term and long-term financial forecasts, including annual budgets and financial planning.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure smooth operations of the company.

2. Financial Reporting and Management:

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Provide accurate and timely financial reports to senior management to support strategic decision-making.

3. Financial Risk Management:

  • Identify, analyze, and manage the company's financial risks.
  • Develop and implement financial control policies and procedures to mitigate risks.

4. Compliance and Regulations:

  • Ensure all financial activities comply with relevant financial laws and regulations.
  • Manage tax compliance, including the preparation and filing of tax returns.

5. Team Management:

  • Lead and guide the finance team in their daily tasks.
  • Provide training and development to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
