HUACHANG Trading Co., ltd. requires an experienced Accounting and Bookkeeping Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our day-to-day accounting functions, including financial record-keeping and document management.
Responsibilities- Financial record-keeping and document management.
- Preparation of monthly management reports and analysis of general ledger accounts.
- Liaising with external parties, including auditors, tax agents, and bankers.
- Bookkeeping, data entry, and E-Invoicing.
- Communication with external parties, including vendors and customers.
- Degree in Accounting or related field.
- Excellent accounting and bookkeeping skills.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Skills of running Auto Count/SQL accounting software.
