  • Communication: You will maintain open communication with stakeholders throughout the incident, change, and problem management processes, ensuring that all parties are informed and aligned.
  • Leadership: You will provide guidance, support, and direction to team members, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience: In service management, preferably in a large enterprise environment with regional exposure.
  • Strong skills: In client/stakeholder management, major incident management, change management, problem management, and ITIL certification.
  • Education: A university degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
