Accounting Roles

We are seeking a Law Firm Accounts Administrator to provide financial support to our team.

The successful candidate will have excellent accounting and financial skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently.

They will be responsible for preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.

Additionally, they will provide good communication and writing skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, and possess a detail-oriented and independent working attitude.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
  2. Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  3. Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
  4. Liaise with clients and other stakeholders to provide updates and progress reports.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and external parties.

Requirements

  1. Diploma in Accounting or related field.
  2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting and finance.
  3. Excellent accounting and financial skills.
  4. Ability to work accurately and efficiently.
  5. Good communication and writing skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  6. Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
