Business Administrator

We are looking for a skilled Business Administrator - Accounts and HR to join our team at A1 Distribution Sdn Bhd. This role involves combining financial management and human resources responsibilities to ensure the smooth operation of office activities.
- Manage financial records, prepare monthly/yearly management accounts, and report to the director.
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable, set up and maintain online banking, and handle bank facilities.
- Familiar with accounting software, maintain user access control, and liaise with system vendors when necessary.
- Undertake ad-hoc assignments, manage end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, performance management, and employee relations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Recruitment process, job postings, interviews, and hiring decisions.
- Employee onboarding and offboarding process, submitting related forms to local authorities.
- Staff payroll and claims, ensuring all employees are paid correctly and on time.
- Payroll deductions such as EPF, SOCSO, PCB, and other statutory contributions.
- Ensuring the company adheres to labour laws and other legal requirements.
- HR policies and procedures, maintaining confidential employee records.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with additional background in HR and Admin.
- Detail-oriented, independent with initiative, good problem-solving and reporting presentation skills.
- English and Bahasa Malaysia, written and verbal communication (preferably Mandarin speaking).
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and best practices.
